Wonderservice approached us to elevate their digital presence and transform how customers handle car maintenance online. They needed more than a visual refresh — they wanted a faster, clearer and more capable platform that could support growth and streamline their service flow. Our goal was to modernise their website, enhance the appointment journey, and improve overall usability while reinforcing their position as a reliable, tech forward player in the automotive service industry.
Branding
We refreshed Wonderservice’s visual identity to match their ambition as a modern, customer-first car service platform. We expanded their brand system with clear digital guidelines, refined UI components and interaction patterns tailored for both the website and the diagnostic web app. The result is a unified, clean and intuitive design language that strengthens trust and makes every step of the user journey feel effortless.

We designed and built a streamlined platform for Wonderservice that guides users from online diagnosis to confirmed appointment with zero friction. The custom web app makes it easy to describe a car issue, receive clear next steps and instantly book a slot at the nearest service center. Backed by a flexible CMS and a lightweight, high performance setup, the system gives the Wonderservice team full control over bookings, diagnostics data and service flow management in one place.
