
A vital pulse for a global medical gathering.
Euroanaesthesia is one of the world’s most influential congresses for anaesthesiology and intensive care, gathering thousands of delegates from over 100 countries. However, their 5-year-old visual identity no longer reflected the cutting-edge nature of their scientific programme. Our mission was to modernize their entire brand ecosystem for the 2026 edition in Rotterdam. We reworked their identity, rebuilt their digital presence, and extended the new look into the physical world, ensuring every touchpoint communicates authority, innovation, and community.
Branding
The previous branding had served its purpose but lacked the flexibility required for a modern, multi-channel event. We evolved the visual identity to be sharper, cleaner, and more adaptable. By refining the color palette and introducing a contemporary typographic system, we created a visual language that balances medical precision with human connection. The result is a fresh, scalable brand that stands out in the crowded medical landscape while retaining the professional trust ESAIC is known for.



UX/UI
Navigating a congress with hundreds of speakers and sessions can be overwhelming. We completely remade the website to simplify this complexity. Our UI/UX approach focused on clarity and speed, creating streamlined user journeys for registration, abstract submission, and programme browsing. The new interface reduces friction for busy medical professionals, allowing them to find exactly what they need, from scientific sessions to accommodation details, without distraction.
